Order Processing
We carefully prepare each order at our Oklahoma nursery with the attention your plants deserve. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Options
We offer two reliable shipping methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Recommended for time-sensitive plantings
- Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Ideal for budget-conscious gardeners
Please note: We currently ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and certain remote regions. During extreme weather conditions, we may delay shipments to ensure plant health.
Our 15-Day Happiness Guarantee
We stand behind every plant that leaves our nursery. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
To protect plant health, we cannot accept returns for:
- Any live plants that have been planted
- Returns initiated after 15 days of delivery
- Plants showing signs of disease
- Perishable plants that may not survive return shipping (including Blackberry Plants and Currants)
Special Considerations
- Bare-root plants (like our Apple Trees and Apricot Trees) must be returned within 7 days during dormancy season
- Potted plants (such as Agapanthus or Ceanothus) should be returned with moist soil

Step 2: Package Your Items
Carefully repackage the plants in their original container with adequate protection. We’ll provide specific packaging instructions based on your plant type when we approve your return.

Exchange Policy
Prefer a different plant? We’re happy to exchange your item for another variety (like swapping Escallonia for Echinacea). Simply note your preference in your return request. Price differences will be refunded or charged accordingly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your Cherry Trees arrive damaged or you receive the wrong Anemone bulbs, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for replacement shipping at no cost to you.
